    As a Generation Yer my self and a Youth Marketer, I feel that this article does not fully reflect the qualities of a youth in today’s job place.

    Hi Brent, I really appreciate your comments. This is not ment to be the universal truth, actually, I don’t even believe it exists; but this is my experience and the things I notice in a daily basis, after several years of working with GenY people, project after project, in the software development industry.

    Well, I think generation Y need little more reflexion themselves to fully understand their manners and the way others see them.
